A study from the University of Minnesota indicated that teens who skip breakfast are more likely to become obese than those who routinely eatbreakfast. Over the five-year span of the study, those who skipped breakfastwere on average five pounds heavier than their breakfast-eating peers.
Well to me breakfast is the best meal of the whole day! I love all kinds of breakfast and when I don't get breakfast I always feel like I'm weak and can't do anything. So I really didn't think that this was possible for you to actually gain weight by not eating, so always eat berakfast:)
